Are You Ready For It?

The Palooza Is Less Than 3 Weeks Away

🏙️My North Phoenix View

What’s Happening Around Town

Less than 3 weeks to Valleypalooza.

We created this event to bring people together. And honestly, I think we need that now more than ever.

On March 7th at Paradise Valley Community College from 9–2, we’ll have live music, a Bollywood dance performance, shopping and education from local businesses, activities for kids and adults, great food, and a lot of familiar faces.

This event doesn’t work without you. Show up. Bring someone. Support local.

This Community event doesn’t work without you.

For The Kids

Our Volunteer Coordinator Misty arranged a spectacular event last week where we came together and helped out at OCJ Kids for a while.

If you haven’t heard of them, and want to get involved or learn more, click here.

These businesses stepped up to help make Valleypalooza happen.

When you see them at the event, stop by, say hello, and thank them. Their support keeps this event free and open to the community.

Tired of Renting?

Tired of paying $2350 a month in rent and waiting on maintenance to fix a clogged toilet? Tired of getting that letter saying your rent just went up another $175?

Join us as we break down the real costs of buying a home, what to plan for, and what today’s market actually looks like.

No pressure. Just clarity.

Like To Volunteer?

Valleypalooza is looking for a few more Volunteers. We need help with directing interior traffic and greeting attendees. Can you help?

Get the details here :-)

Happy Hour & Hugs?

Our Business Happy Hour & Free Hugs event was packed.

If you’re missing events, check the Events tab inside the Facebook Group and on our website. That’s where everything gets posted first.

Just For Fun: 2 Truths & A Lie

  • Valleypalooza’s raffle proceeds go directly to our Charity Partner The Joy Bus

  • Last year we had 3 Valleypalooza events

  • You have to provide proof of address to join the Facebook Group Living North Phoenix

Reply with the lie, and if you are the first correct responder, I will give you a shout out next week ;-)

Congrats to Ken Reinstein on correctly guessing the lie last week-”Phoenix requires developers to fully fund new schools before residential approvals are granted.”
