Our renter recently moved out of our rental property. The thought of spending any money to get it ready was tough. But, I knew though by having a great network of Professionals from Living North Phoenix I could get it ready at an affordable cost fairly quickly. And we did (all in under 2 weeks).
I don’t have the befores, just the afters.

We had an awesome Team: Sarah Mitchell (EcoMama has a link below) cleaned our unit; Jonathan Maust with Empire installed new carpet; Jessica and Chad Librizzi with Rapid Rooter (link below) replaced the old shower/tubs with awesome new ones; Colter Van Wagenen, our electrician replaced some ceiling fans; Dave Zelden cleaned out our dryer vents; and Jennifer Hoxie serviced our ac.
I lean on my Team heavily: for our own homes, my referrals, and my real estate clients. I only refer people I trust. That is why many clients and Group Members ask me directly for referrals, and speak to our Group’s referral quality.
Lastly, don’t forget to get your dryer vents, air ducts and chimney (if you have one) cleaned. I know in the over decade we’ve had this condo we haven’t had it done, and are so glad we did—it can be a huge safety/fire risk/hazard.
