I am honored, humbled and grateful to say we have: close to tripled our Vendors from last year, 10+ amazing food trucks, incredible activities including a foam party, an awesome live band, cool RVs to check out, a wonderful Charity to support and so much more.

Timing The Market To Buy A Home?

“I’m gonna wait till (fill in the blank).”

The only part to the blank that I would ever advise is till you are ready/qualified/have found a home you love.

Waiting for rates to drop, prices to come down, or whatever, is waiting for something out of your control. Insert what I know many think, “Well, Blair, you are a salesperson and you want us to buy now.”

NO. Never. I want you to buy when you are ready. When rates come down, prices go up. When rates go up, prices come down. So you want a lower rate but more competition and pay more for a home? You want to wait for prices to come down but pay more in payment?
