Seniors, Soaps, Candles & Bugs

Save The Date!

April 19th—is it in your Calendar yet? Valleypalooza is happening and we are gearing up for an absolutely EPIC event.

You are going to hear a lot about the Event because we want attendance and Community involvement to be as high as possible.

If you didn’t know—we have a dedicated area for Seniors “Seniorland.” So whether you are a Senior, know of one and/or have one in your family, please stop by to learn about the Senior related Businesses and Products. They were all carefully selected and please support them and our Seniors.

By the way, did you know we have a Seniors Living In North Phoenix FB Group? Join it if you are a Senior, or have a Senior related business.

Welcome Back!

Shout out to 2 of our Return Vendors from last year: Cassie in the blue tank top and Amanda on the right (wearing a Valleypalooza shirt).

Cassie makes and sells candles, and the name of her company: Angels Touch Candle Co has a heartbreaking story and insight as to why she has the name she has.

Amanda is with Bee Barzzz and makes the absolute best soaps around and is super creative. Click on their pictures to visit their websites, learn more about them and how to support them.

I sure hope they remain in the Valleypalooza family for as long as we have the Event. They embody our mission of supporting local, have been super supportive of the Event and have helped me with many different things.

Busy Busy Busy….

Ready for all of our upcoming Events?

Stay informed! Join us this month for Breakfast Buddies-a super casual chance to meet each other, and grab a donut; learn about Bugs; learn about how to better care for someone with Dementia.

And then gear UP for more Breakfast Buddies, Valleypalooza (duh), join us and watch our Champion Rattlers, our pet adoption event and so much more!

Home Shopping?

I do run the Living North Phoenix Community and it takes a ton of time, and I also am a Realtor. While prices are higher (than years ago) and rates are not 2%, it is still a good time to buy—Sellers are paying for a lot of Buyer’s closing costs which could mean a lower rate/lower payment and less out of upfront cash.

If you are considering shopping for a home, reply to this email or call/text me at 480-233-6433.
