Help Jade!

On our website is a story that I would be grateful if you could take a few seconds to read and then vote. Jade has a chance to win a bike that will aid her with her functioning with her cerebral palsy.

The picture above links directly to our website, then scroll down, and vote. And help give her the best chance at winning.

Funland!!!!

I can’t keep it a surprise any longer. We are going to have something super Amazing at Valleypalooza—2 dedicated areas: one for all the activities “Funland” and one for Seniors “Seniorland.”

So when you arrive, you will notice the huge balloons and signage for Funland, our special one-of-a-kind area for all the amazing activities.

And we will have “Seniorland.” So whether you are a Senior, know of one and/or have one in your family, please stop by to learn about the Senior related Businesses and Products that we will have.

Save the date, share with your friends and I will see you on April 19th!

By the way, did you know we have a Seniors Living In North Phoenix FB Group? Join it if you are a cool Senior ;-)

Deals! Deals! Deals!

Why are you subscribed to our newsletter? Well, hopefully you find value in the things I write about and share, and also, you are the only ones that receive the deals below. Enjoy!

There are a lot of unknowns right now. Our FB Group has had a rule since Day 1-no political discussions. With unknowns about the impact of tariffs, the stock market, a potential recession, being concerned about a crash is justified.

I am not the type of Realtor to tell anyone to buy, buy, buy. I never have been. I am though of the mindset if something is out of your control (tariffs), and you were to find a home you love—why wait? There’s always going to be something.

Now, if you plan on flipping the home, sure, waiting, could be better. But what if you bought a home for 500k, it went down to 450k, you stayed there for 5 years and it went up to 525k-what is the loss?

Real estate goes up-always. A house should be your home. Things will happen. If you have thought about homeownership, or a 2nd home, reach out. I’m here to chat. 480-233-6433.
