Wine and stuff

Like beer or wine? Keep reading. Living North Phoenix has a Private Exclusive Networking Group. If you want to learn more, click that link.

We don’t just always sit around, pass cards, or share our 30 second commercials. I get burnt out on “normal.” So, I made it a goal to find and visit local Businesses and help complete a task for them. Not clean toilets or something like that—but being able to help that Business Owner with something they need suggestions on from 15-20 local Professionals.

I thought and think the idea was/is “bomb.” We recently visited Grapes & Hops, a super cool local place with great vibes and fun to hang out and have wine and beer.

The activity was super fun. We shared our ideas and had a great time. I am not sharing the activity here just in case the Owner needs time to roll it out, etc. So, I need this from you:

  • If you want to learn about the Networking Group, click or reply that link.

  • Looking for a Date Night, like beer, wine, live music, visit Grapes & Hops.

  • Want to join their Wine Club? Visit their website.

  • Own a business and want us to come in? Lemme know!

Who’s Responsible?

Our most recent top post was from Casey! She shared a post about a Neighbor who basically decided to tear down what appeared to be their shared wall/fence, and then demand payment for the new one they were building.

Ever had to deal with something like this? What did you do?

Who you hire matters.

I recently helped a client buy a home. We were performing our final walk thru and the seller was there. The question was asked if the tv wall mounts were staying. The seller indicated they were taking them.

In the real estate contract, wall brackets/mounts are considered fixtures; as is anything (or most things) that require tools to remove them. Thus, they stay.

We left the home. I checked with the other agent to see if they mounts were staying or going. They said they were going because they "belong" to the TVs.

They belong to the TVs as much as the mounts on your roof do for solar panels--so if you have those, you can't exactly just take the panels and mounts too...

The other agent never told the seller about this and it is a big deal. Why? Because now the seller has to plan to purchase new ones, find the ones that were packed up and return them.

And when you are paying gobs of hard earned money to have your home sold, or have your own representation, you want to make sure who you hire will fight for you and make sure you get what you are entitled to.
