Hey, the TSMC expansion was inevitable and I am confident it is positive for the area. And a new Costco? Yes! More free samples :-)

TSMC brings a solid employer, jobs, new businesses—the exact things that drive solid local area growth.

Yes there’s a concern about water and traffic. But Anthem/Norterra/Sonoran Foothills weren’t here at one point either. Desert Hills residents probably thought growth would be bad too.

And now? Sure there is more traffic but there are tons of cool things, great shopping, and the area is very desirable.

Hey, I get it. Who likes change? In this case, I am all for it. Reply back with what you think.

We are 3 weeks away from our 2 Big Fall Events: Hands Across North Phoenix & Valleypalooza Hops.

Our Hands Event is taking place at Paradise Valley Park at 11 am. Show up, enjoy the moment and let’s unite. This is not a political rally or salesy. Just show up and let’s make a difference together.

Then, we are going to pack up and head over to Kitsune Brewing for Hops at 12 noon. There will be family friendly activities, beer, a few vendors to shop from and just a beautiful day to enjoy with our Community.

Mark your calendar for Boo Fest! Our free, family-friendly Halloween celebration will take place Saturday, October 25 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Paseo Highlands Park, 3435 W. Pinnacle Peak Road.

We’ll have live entertainment, costume contests, complimentary candy and treats, inflatable attractions, and a children’s train ride! Food and beverages will also be available for purchase. I hope to see you at Paseo Highlands Park!
