One of the most common questions I get is can you look at a home that is contingent? You can look at any home where the seller accepts your appt. However, when a home is contingent not all sellers want more people coming through.

This week I stopped by Peoria…

Back by popular demand are my restaurant reviews. This past week, I was craving Mediterranean food.

The only place I could find was Casa de Falafel. I was really hoping they would have lunch specials but they don’t so I went with the chicken pita. The meal comes with a small cup of soup and the bill came to about $12.

The actual taste of the food was decent. The soup tasted good but it’s soup, and I left thinking I paid too much. Would I go back? I won’t be making a special trip :-)
