Who Are We?
New to our Community and/or newsletter? Been around awhile? You might be wondering who we are?
As our new logo says, we are here to celebrate community and support local. We do it primarily through our Facebook Group but have other ways to stay in touch too!

Who Am I?
My name is Blair Ballin. I am a residential Realtor and also a North Phoenix resident for about 15 years, and have lived in the Valley close to 30 years. About 5 years ago, I wanted to find some people to play basketball with, and ask about referrals for restaurants…so I started my own Group. Thus, I am the Founder of Living North Phoenix.
Today, we have a Community that remains very highly engaged. We are not just a FB Group. We have this newsletter, a website, our annual event Valleypalooza and many other ways we connect with each other. If you sell items/a service/product) we just rolled out our vendor and sponsor options for 2025.
We have a Senior Smiles Division where we bring smiles to Senior Communities.
We are here to Celebrate our Community and support local and we have a passion to create a stronger community.
