The Library offers Outdoor Holds Lockers — giving you 24/7, contact-free access to your library books, DVDs, CDs, and video games. Whether you're juggling work, school, or family obligations, this new service makes it easier to pick up your items on your schedule. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • Place a hold on your desired item(s) online

  • Select "Outdoor Locker" as your pickup location

  • Receive a notification when your items are ready

  • Pick them up at any time using your library card and password

Outdoor Holds Lockers are available at most Phoenix Public Library locations. Learn more at phoenixpubliclibrary.org. You still have the option of picking items up inside your library during operating hours.
