Love Mediterranean food? A “hole-in-the-wall” restaurant at 40th St and Thunderbird, Sasa, is an absolute must go to.

We just went again and I got the beef kebab pita/sandwich. The food is super fresh, flavors are great, the service is wonderful…and if you are up for desert, the treats are the best.

Community always wins. Bonnie recently posted about her son’s auto accident and how nearby passerbys helped while waiting for paramedics. Almost 17,000 reach in the Group-woah!

I’m a real estate data nerd. And I love real data, not the made up kind.

Year over year we are up by about 1000 homes. We are on pace to sell more homes this year. For homes that have sold, days on market is 6 days longer. And the average price is up by about 7k (604k).

Selling? Be prepared for a 90ish day window.

Buying? There should be wiggle room for price or closing cost negotiation. And year over year, overall, the market has NOT gone down.
