This Is Not The North Phoenix We Had 10 Years Ago
Valleypalooza + Curry + Chiro + Lies
🏙️My North Phoenix View
Quick local insight from your neighborhood’s front porch
I’ve been a Valley resident for 32 years. My journey began as a freshman at ASU, working at some local golf courses, then getting my real estate license (1999), getting married, having our daughter, and in 2019ish starting Living North Phoenix.
Even before I moved here there was a lot of growth in the Valley. When there is land, that is usually what happens next. Now, North Phoenix is home to some of the largest amount of growth (at least commercially).
There’s always talk about destroying the desert, water issues, and traffic. That is what was said in 1994, before then, and since.
We live in a beautiful City in an awesome State and I am proud to be a North Phoenician, welcome the growth, and honored to be a part of this amazing Community we have created.
And, make sure to save the date for Valleypalooza: March 7th 9 am - 2 pm at Paradise Valley Community College.
Because what I feel matters equally the things above is Community. And we need to keep strengthening it. Tell your family, friends, co-workers—whoever…and SHOW UP!
Here’s what else is moving and shaking around town.

Do You Love Indian Food?
I am so excited to announce that we will have San Idli, a new Indian Restaurant here in Phoenix, at Valleypalooza.
My wife is vegan, so finding a Vegetarian Indian spot made this even better.

They are located right off the I-17 and Bell, have a good sized dining area, the service is wonderful, and the food—double thumbs up.
We had the samosas, garlic naan, vegetable kurma, and the Paneer Manchurian. Everything was good…the paneer was awesome.
