This Week Changed Everything For Me (No, Really)
Powerful meetings, a major launch, and a personal message you don’t want to miss
From The Desk Of The North Phoenix Mayor (me)
Let’s get right into it because this week’s newsletter is stacked. We had a super busy week from getting our Group banned, my meeting with the Vice Mayor, a meeting with the incredible people at House of Refuge (interview to be in next week’s newsletter), my own Mission Launch, and a bunch more!
Sitting with Vice Mayor O’Brien reminded me that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about action. And everything I’m building here? It’s because I believe North Phoenix deserves real action. Watch our chat here :-)
Here’s what else you’ll find inside this week’s newsletter:

A Message From Vice Mayor O’Brien
Independence Day is one of my favorite holidays. I love celebrating our Nation’s birthday with patriotic parades and fireworks displays. With the 4th of July around the corner, we want everyone to enjoy the Holiday-safely and responsibly.
That’s why the City of Phoenix has launched a new Fireworks Task Force focused on education, prevention, and enforcement.
Our goal is simple: prevent injuries, protect property, and keep our neighborhoods safe. We’re ramping up public awareness about what’s legal, what’s not, and how to use fireworks safely. You can find information at www.phoenix.gov/fire.
I’m wishing you all a safe and Happy 4th of July!
