Another Valleypalooza?

It’s OFFICIAL! Valleypalooza Splash Edition is off to the races. We finally have our location and are excited to continue the awesomeness that Valleypalooza has brought to so many.

Valleypalooza Splash Edition Details:

  • July 26th 8 am - 11 am

  • Desert Springs Bible Church (outside) Tatum and Paradise Lane

  • No admission cost

  • Water slides, foam or bubbles, frozen treats, cold drinks, water balloons, face painter and FUN!

  • A chance to have fun outside in the heat and get wet

  • All ages invited

  • Bring and tell your family, friends, neighbors!

One of my favorite activities is visiting the library with my granddaughter Rylee. At just two years old, Rylee already has her own Phoenix Library card and a special bag to carry her books! It’s a joy to see her face light up when we share stories.  

I hope you will encourage everyone you know to participate in the Phoenix Public Library’s Summer Reading Game, which runs from June 1 to August 1. Readers of all ages can earn prizes and enjoy themed events at local library branches.

Whether it’s singing songs or reading physical, digital, or audio books, there are countless ways to bring the magic of literacy to life.  You can sign up for the free program at your local branch or at Maricopa County Reads.
