What’s Happening Around Town

If you have been following me for awhile you probably know I am a Realtor. LNP was never meant to be a real estate-only community source. Real estate is a part of the Valley and a very important one.

Recently, I had someone reach out to me from LNP who wanted to sell their home. They unfortunately bought just over 2 years ago, probably overpaid, had done some work to their home, and today’s comparables unfortunately were under what she paid. I ran the comps. The numbers didn’t support the price she hoped for.

Here’s the reality. What someone paid for a home does NOT determine today’s value. What you put into (upgrades) definitely helps support value but it solely doesn’t define it. If you are thinking about selling, want to know what your home is worth, or need a 2nd opinion. I’ll give you a straight answer.
