A Message From Vice Mayor O’Brien
One of the many perks of living in North Phoenix is our access to fabulous retail, restaurants, outdoor activities and top-rated schools. Another perk is easy access to Downtown Phoenix.
But I know from hat it can sometimes be challenging to figure out where to park. To help, the City recently launched ParkPhx, a web based tool to find parking. ParkPhx features all public parking options, along with location details like heigh, electric vehicle charging and access for people with disabilities.
Many facilities allow you to reserve a spot in advance. Next time you plan a trip Downtown, I hope you will check out www.parkphx.com and have a fabulous visit.

Quick Home Tip From Rapid Rooter Plumbing
This month’s important plumbing tip brought to you from Chad and Jessica Librizzi at Rapid Rooter Plumbing.
Know where your main shut-off valve is located. It can save you thousands in damage during a plumbing emergency. If a pipe bursts, shutting off the water quickly can minimize flooding and protect your home.

Quick Dental Tip From Birk Family Dentistry
Don’t wait for pain to visit the dentist. Catching small cavities early can often prevent fillings, root canals, or implants later. Prevention saves both teeth and money. The ADA recommends 2–4 cleanings per year, depending on your gum health.
